Ningbo Zheti Dafeng Chemical Co., Ltd. (now reorganized and renamed Ningbo Dafeng Jiangning New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Ningbo Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. Its products include polycarbonate, polycarbonate carbonate, diphenyl carbonate, propylene glycol, and mixed alcohols.

      This project utilizes the carbon-rich tail gas emitted from the decarbonization and regeneration process of a coal-to-hydrogen plant as feedstock. The first phase will produce 50,000 metric tons of liquid CO₂ annually, with provisions for a second-phase expansion to 100kt/a. As a chemical feedstock, the facility adopts a supply cooperation model featuring our company’s process package combined with proprietary patented equipment, with production expected to commence by the end of 2023. This project leads the chemical industry toward a lower-carbon, greener future and injects strong momentum into achieving the “dual carbon” goals.
